Yara Shahidi Changed Her SAG Awards Look From A Dress to Pants For This Very Relatable Reason

It’s no question that Yara Shahidi was one of the best dressed at the 2018 Screen Actors Guild Awards last night in Los Angeles.

But did know that her amazing Ralph Lauren look was supposed to be a dress?

“It was originally supposed to be a dress,” Yara shared with ET at the event. “But I like to move, and they were so nice to make some pants for me.”

Because of the change, Yara was also able to add a little something to the design: a bow!

“It was amazing, and I have this huge bow, because why not be a little extra?”
