Vanessa Hudgens To Star In 'In The Heights' 10 Year Anniversary Limited Run

Vanessa Hudgens is going back to the theatre!

It was just announced that the 29-year-old actress will take on the role of Vanessa in a special production of Broadway hit In The Heights. Vanessa is the love interest of the main character Usnavi.

In The Heights is the first musical from Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, and follows a community of friends and family in the New York City neighborhood of Washington Heights.

Jordin Sparks has also previously played the role of Vanessa when the show was on Broadway. Corbin Bleu starred as Usnavi at one point as well.

In The Heights, which debuted on Broadway in March 2008, will run from March 21-25 in the Eisenhower Theater at the Kennedy Center.
