Shawn Mendes Shows Off His Matching Elephant Tattoo With Mom on Instagram - But Did He Get Another?

By now, we all know that Shawn Mendes has a thing for tattoos — and an even bigger thing for elephant tattoos.

Last year, the 19-year-old “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” singer revealed that not only does he have a secret elephant tattoo, but he’s got two!

And now, as revealed on his Instagram Stories last night, Shawn might have just gotten one more.

He snapped a pic of his hand, and his mom’s, with a dancing elephant blocking his left index finger. So it is possible that there’s another one there, but we don’t know for sure.

“I was trying to convince her [my mom] to get a tattoo for a while and this is really the only thing that she would do because she’s obsessed with elephants,” Shawn previously told GQ.

“It was the only thing,” he laughs about it. “Like, a hundred different things I asked her to get with me and this was the only thing. She was like, ‘I could do that.’”
