Anne Winters Gets Call From Eva Longoria After Being Cast in 'Grand Hotel' ABC Series

Anne Winters had some big news to share with fans yesterday — she just booked a new role in ABC pilot, Grand Hotel, which is produced by Eva Longoria.

While that was a lovely surprise for all her fans, the Zac & Mia starlet got an even bigger surprise herself when Eva called to congratulate her!

Anne shared a little video on her Instagram of the call, before deleting it — but you could tell it was a pretty cool call.

Deadline reports that Grand Hotel is a soapy drama set against the backdrop of a Miami Beach hotel, centering on the family who owns the business, the staff who run it and the explosive secrets they hide under the perfect exterior.

Anne will play Ingrid, a beautiful hotel employee who would rather be anything else. She’s humorously candid about not liking her job (or any job, really) and spends much of her time trying to find shortcuts to a richer, easier life.
