Madison Beer Dishes On The Message She Wants To Get Across With Her Music

The 19-year-old musician’s As She Pleases Tour will wrap up this coming weekend in Dublin, Ireland.

Speaking with Evening Standard, Madison opened up about the message behind her new music.

“I called [the EP] that to be very clear that I’m running my own ship now. I’m making the decisions,” she shared.

Madison adds, “I feel like it’s all a representation of myself. I want to do things that are true to me and give people a sense of who I am. I want to do a lot of different types of music on my album when it comes out, but the thing that will be the through-line of it all is my voice and my message.”

So, what’s the message? “Don’t mess with me.”
