Maddie Poppe and Caleb Lee Hutchinson revealed their secret relationship just before Maddie won American Idol two weeks ago.

Now, the 20-year-old singer is looking back at the boy who dumped her before she won the show.

“The boyfriend I had before Caleb, dumped me in a McDonald’s,” Maddie shared with her local news. “So he’s probably thinking, ‘I should have bought her that 20-piece nugget.”
