Spider-Man's Laura Harrier Explains Why She's an Activist

Laura Harrier looks so chic while posing on the red carpet at the 2018 Teen Vogue Summit on Friday (June 1) at The New School in New York City.

The 28-year-old Spider-Man: Homecoming actress attended the event to appear on a panel about representation in Hollywood alongside How to Get Away with Murder‘s Aja Naomi King, Dear White People‘s Logan Browning, and Orange Is the New Black‘s Diane Guerrero.

At the event, Laura was asked why she is an activist.

“I’m close to activism because I’m a black woman in America,” Laura said.
