Loren Gray Reminds Fans No One is Perfect With Inspiring Instagram Message

Loren Gray got really honest with her fans on Instagram Stories last night, and reminded us all that no one is truly perfect.

The 16-year-old influencer and singer, who just signed a record deal, opened up to her fans about how a panic attack got the better of her, despite appearing picture perfect online.

“A reminder that u are human and u are lovely the way you are,” she started out. “Instagram isn’t reality. You don’t need to feel perfect every single day, and it’s ok to not be ok. Keep shining.”

Loren added, “Thank you to all of you who have stood by me throughout everything. u are my rock. I kept getting so upset out of nowhere and losing sleep and didn’t know why. 2 nights ago, I had a full on meltdown on the bathroom floor at my friends house and it made me realize how much i was feeling and wasn’t saying.”

“I found myself so caught up in trying to be perfect every day and it got overwhelming. you don’t need to look like every girl on instagram,” she continued. “You don’t need big hips and thigh gaps to fit the ‘beautiful’ stereotype. It’s not realistic. Beauty shines from within, and as long as your heart is folden and you’re striving to be the best version of yourself, that’s all that matters.”
