Dove Cameron Had an Emotional Reaction to Watching 'Mamma Mia 2'

Dove Cameron finally got the chance to see Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and it brought her to tears!

The 21-year-old actress’ emotional reaction makes sense because besides totally loving musical theater, Dove also starred in a musical version of the show at the Hollywood Bowl last year!

After seeing the sequel, Dove took took to her Twitter to share her feelings.

“just walked out of #MammaMia2 and my poor little musical theatre heart. this is my formal apology to anyone else who was in the theatre with me. i temporarily lost control of my limbs and my sobs. and my volume levels. #kneestochestesobbing,” Dove wrote.

Lots of fans totally agreed about their own reactions and shared how they missed seeing Dove as Sophie!

We think this is a sign that Dove needs to be in the next Mamma Mia movie!
