The birthday girl has arrived!

Kylie Jenner arrives looking so glam for her birthday dinner at Delilah restaurant/club with her friends and family – including big sis Kendall – on Thursday night (August 9) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The makeup mogul – who turns 21 on Friday – debuted her new bleached blonde hair while showing off her curves in a silk pink dress as she stepped out for the night.

“t-minus two hours,” Kylie captioned the photo of herself while leaving her house for the party.
