OlderCW Confirms 'Arrowverse' Crossover Title as 'Elseworlds
The CW just unveiled the official title for the Arrowverse‘s upcoming crossover event and it’s Elseworlds!
While that title might not mean much to you at first, it will for DC Comics fans. Elseworlds is a nod to the special imprint established to feature stories separate from DC continuity.
TVLine also revealed that LaMonica Garrett is coming on board to the special three-part episodes as Mar Novu aka The Monitor, “an extraterrestrial being of infinite power.”
Not much is known about what his “prominent role” will entail though, apart from joining Ruby Rose‘s Batwoman in her debut. Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch will star as Clark Kent and Lois Lane, and Cassandra Jean Amell as Mr. Freeze’s wife, Nora, will also guest star.
Elseworlds will kick off on Sunday, December 9th.
