'On My Block' Star Jessica Marie Garcia Promoted to Series Regular For Season 2

Jessica Marie Garcia‘s star is rising so fast and we are like a proud mom right now!

The actress, who stars in the Netflix series, On My Block, was just promoted to a series regular for the upcoming season two, Deadline reports.

If you don’t know Jessica plays Jasmine, who is all confidence and swagger.

“I’ve waited so long for this moment,” Jessica reacted on Twitter to the news. “I’ve never been a series regular before, and to be one on @OnMyBlockTv for flipping @netflix is 🤯😭🙏🏽 thank you! DREAMS COME TRUE YA’LL!”

You might remember Jessica from Liv and Maddie as Willow, however, she also recently starred on ABC’s How To Get Away with Murder.

On My Block season two will kick off filming shortly in Los Angeles.
