'The Flash' Reveals Major Secret About Barry's Future in Season 5 Premiere (Spoilers)

SPOILERS AHEAD! DO NOT READ IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW!

The Flash revealed a HUGE spoiler on tonight’s season 5 premiere.

In the episode, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) tells Barry (Grant Gustin) a really big thing about his future and it’s going to change just about everything about the timeline and the season.

Click inside NOW to see what the big reveal was…

There’s a HUGE reason that Nora is more friendly with Barry, than she is with her mom, Iris – it’s because she hasn’t actually spent any time with him at all.

Back in season one, there was a headline that popped up about Flash vanishing in a crisis in the future — and it turns out that Barry doesn’t just go missing… he stays missing.

According to Nora, there’s still no sign of him 25 years later, and thanks to his disappearing act, Nora grew up without a father, bringing Barry’s worst fear — missing out on his child’s life the way his parents missed out on his — to life.

While he now knows what happens, he allows Nora to stay in the past with them – for selfish reasons, too. He’ll be able to get to know his daughter a bit, however, there’s a kicker.

She can’t change any major events – and we’re pretty sure her staying there is going to change everything.

The Flash airs Tuesdays on The CW.
