Ariana Grande Sings Praises For Therapy: 'It Saved My Life So Many Times'

There are many celebs who are candid about their own experiences with therapy and Ariana Grande is joining them in praising the form of self help.

In a new tweet on Monday (November 5), the 25-year-old singer revealed that therapy has actually saved her life.

“In all honesty therapy has saved my life so many times,” she wrote in response to a fan. “If you’re afraid to ask for help, don’t be. u don’t have to be in constant pain & u can process trauma.”

Ariana added, “I’ve got a lot of work to do but it’s a start to even be aware that it’s possible.”
