Lucy Hale Helped Singer Carly Pearce Rebuild Her Confidence After Losing Her First Record Deal

Lucy Hale holds onto her adorable pup Elvis while out at the dog park in Los Angeles on Tuesdsay afternoon (November 20).

The 29-year-old actress showed off her blonde bob while spending some fun times with Elvis, who made some new canine friends at the park.

During a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, singer Carly Pearce revealed that Lucy had a big part in her career.

If you didn’t know, after losing her first record deal, Carly signed up to be one of Lucy‘s backup singers.

“She asked me one night, ‘Why are you singing backup for me? I YouTubed you last night, and I don’t understand,’” Carly explained in a video.

She added, “We formed this bond as just two girls and she gave me so much advice and really helped me regain my confidence.”
