KJ Apa Was 'Stoked' 'Riverdale' Season 2 Got Darker

KJ Apa recently opened up about the changes in the different seasons of Riverdale.

The 21-year-old actor dished that he was actually excited about season two because it presented a challenge as an actor.

“It (second season) did get pretty dark, but I was actually stoked about that. From an acting point of view, it was definitely more challenging and it made me more anxious on set, for sure,” he told IANS.

KJ added, “But I think it’s always good to be uncomfortable. I was uncomfortable and challenged for a lot of season two, but I like to be challenged.”
