Melissa Benoist Talks Supergirl's Bond With Batwoman in 'Elseworlds' Crossover

Melissa Benoist just recently opened up about the bond between her character Kara aka Supergirl and Ruby Rose‘s Kate Kane, aka Batwoman.

“Their scenes are really nice because of their similarities,” she shared with TVLine. “Kate Kane is Bruce Wayne’s cousin and all these things, so they really relate on a lot of levels that I don’t think Kara’s found yet in another female superhero.”

Melissa adds, “There’s a really deep understanding from the get-go between the two of them.”

The CW’s Elseworlds crossover will debut on Sunday, December 9th and conclude on Tuesday, December 11th.
