Josie & Lizzie's Biological Mom Jo Returns To 'TVD' Universe on 'Legacies'

Jo is back in the Vampire Diaries universe!

Jodi Lyn O’Keefe is reprising her role as Jo on Legacies tonight and it’s going to be one of the best episodes yet.

“It was one of the most fulfilling episodes that I have shot for this season,” Kaylee Bryant, who plays Josie, shared with ET.

She adds that when Jo does enter the twins’ life, everything just clicks for her.

“Josie has felt connected to Caroline, she loves Caroline, but she’s never felt like she truly identifies with anybody within her family,” Kaylee adds. “I think the reason is because she is so similar to Jo, and Jo hasn’t been there. So when Jo does show up, it’s a huge click for Josie of, ‘Oh, this is where I come from. This is who I am.’”

Legacies airs TONIGHT @ 8PM ET/PT on The CW.
