Ariana Grande Cancels New Year's Eve Weekend Show in Vegas

Ariana Grande‘s New Year’s Eve weekend performance in Las Vegas has been canceled.

The “God is a woman” crooner was set to hold a concert at The Chelsea in The Cosmopolitan on Saturday (December 29), but is now too sick to take the stage, TMZ reports.

Sources told the outlet that she has been ill with bronchitis all week and wasn’t getting better.

Some resale tickets were reportedly going for over $1,000 a piece.

Ariana will reportedly reschedule for a later date.

The show would have been her first since ending her engagement to Pete Davidson in October.

“Merry christmas eve y’all!” she wrote on Instagram earlier this week. “Sending you all the love and light there is. holidays can be super tough sometimes. sending an extra hug to those who need one. love u always & am so looking forward to sharing next year with u on the road. for now, imma stick w these queens who somehow always know how to make sense of it all. take care of yourselves. 🖤🌲”
