Marsai Martin Is The Bossiest Little Teen in 'Little' Trailer - Watch Now!

The trailer for Marsai Martin‘s debut film, Little, is finally here!

The film centers on Jordan Sanders (Martin, Regina Hall), who as an adult is a take-no-prisoners tech mogul. After a run in with a little girl, Jordan wakes up as a 13-year-old version of herself just before a do-or-die presentation.

Now April (Issa Rae), Jordan’s assistant, has to deal with Jordan as a kid.

Marsai is also producing the film, which she told Essence, hopes to inspire other teens to follow their biggest dreams.

“A lot of people will say different stuff like, ‘You can’t do it.’ They’ll say no before I even say anything,” she shared. “You just have to believe in yourself and there’s a reason they might say no because they probably haven’t seen it before.”

Marsai continued, “You don’t really see a 14-year-old girl creating her own stuff and actually making it into theaters. That’s why you have to start working with people that will trust you and will believe that you can do it and will trust that you can carry…such a big responsibility.”

Little is out in theaters on April 12th.
