OlderSaoirse Ronan Has Been Attached To 'Mary Queen of Scots' For Six Years!
Saoirse Ronan shines in a light pink Miu Miu dress at the premiere of Mary, Queen of Scots held at Kino International Theater in Berlin, Germany, on Wednesday night (January 9).
The 24-year-old actress recently chatted with W magazine about the movie, which she’s been attached to for six years.
“I signed up to Mary Queen of Scots when I was 18 years old, so I’ve been on it for about six years,” Saoirse revealed. “It’s been through quite a journey, people have come and gone, and we didn’t know when we were actually going to get it made.”
She adds that “every single summer I’d hope that it was going to be the year that we’d finally shoot it.”
“It was just the best,” Saoirse says. “We just had a big group of pals come together to make it. We shot up in Scotland for a few weeks and then when down to London, just had the best time.”
