Laura Marano Says She's 'Going Big' For Her Upcoming Roxy Concert (Exclusive)

Laura Marano‘s concert at The Roxy is so, so close and JJJ couldn’t be happier for her!

The 23-year-old singer caught up with us recently about her excitement for her new show, plus everything about her upcoming music that you’re going to want to know.

“I’m doing everything in my power to make this show an amazing experience for everyone involved,” Laura tells us. “I haven’t done a proper show in a long time, so I thought, I either go big or go home.”

She continues, “I’m really lucky, because the people who are a part of the show are all working so hard and graciously to help me achieve the show I want. That’s not an easy task, especially because again, as an independent artist, you have certain limits when it comes to the whole ‘go big or go home’ idea; still, I wanted to give the audience and my fans an incredible, unique musical experience.”

Laura adds that on top of the songs you already know and love, she’s also “taking the audience on a bit of a visual journey through my imagination. I don’t want to give too much away, but I think it’s going to be really special.”

Laura even teases that she’ll perform a lot of our faves, but can’t wait to perform a brand new song.

“‘Boombox will always be one of my favorites, especially because I love how excited the audience gets when I perform it,” she shared, but “there is a new one that I really, really love, called ‘Wake Me Up’, and I’m really excited to see what the audience thinks of it.”
