Lucy Hale Opens Up About Being Grateful For Her Failures

The 29-year-old actress picked up a drink to go while catching up on some phone calls.

In a recent interview, Lucy opened up about welcoming failure in her life because “it makes you appreciate success so much more.”

She told CNBC that she’s experienced a lot of failure in her life, but is grateful for it all.

“A lot of people don’t know that about me,” Lucy adds. “I’ve worked really, really, really hard at this, and I’ve had to audition thousands of times and had my heart broken a million times from thinking I was going to get something. But it really only trains you to appreciate it more when you do get it, so I’m grateful that it’s worked out the way it has.”
