Bella Hadid goes glam in a champagne-colored dress as she walks down the runway for the Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini Fashion Show on Saturday (February 23) in Milan, Italy.

The 22-year-old model then changed into a purple turtleneck and a sparkling red shirt for her second trip down the runway.
