Justin Bieber hangs out with a friend as they stop by a spa on Tuesday afternoon (February 26) in New York City.

The 24-year-old singer stayed warm in a furry brown coat over a Drew sweatshirt while wearing a beanie as he stopped by the spa for some pampering.

Across town, Hailey was spotted all bundled up in a tan, plaid blazer and tan sweatpants as she stepped out for the day.
