Ashley Tisdale Talks 'Symptoms' During Album Promo

Ashley Tisdale stops by E!’s Daily Pop show to talk all about her new album, Symptoms.

The singer and actress opened up on the program about how the album tackles mental health in a way that most others don’t.

“The record is really my journey through anxiety and depression. It was really healing for me to do this record. I think it’s what makes everyone beautiful, the imperfections.”

Ashley added, “I said to my husband, not only did I get myself through something but I have this record to celebrate it.”

She also opened up about Zac Efron‘s claim that he wants to cameo on the HSM TV series. Check it out below!
