In the flick, which also stars KJ Apa, Maia Mitchell and Sosie Bacon, the young actress stars as Lilah, a young actress who is being pushed into show business by her ambitious mother.

She forms a bond with her new babysitter (Bacon) and gains the courage to speak up for what she really wants.
