Shawn Mendes meets a few fans outside his hotel in New York City on Monday (May 6).

The 20-year-old singer was seen out with his bodyguard after a full weekend of promoting his new single, “If I Can’t Have You”.

After releasing the track and music video, Shawn went on to perform the new song on Saturday Night Live.
