Madelaine Petsch On 'Riverdale' Fans Being Rude To Stars On The Show: 'It Bums Me Out'

The 23-year-old Riverdale star was joined by actress Kelsey Asbille and influencer Emma Chamberlain at the fashion event.

Just recently, Madelaine opened up about her Riverdale co-star Zoé De Grand’Maison clapping back at online bullies for playing Evelyn Evernever.

“The best thing you can do is ignore it,” Madelaine shared with Cosmopolitan. “It bums me out when people are rude to our cast members, ’cause they’re my friends. I wish people could get that the writers are writing this and it’s a TV show. But they don’t.”

She added, “You have to have thick skin in this industry. Zoé has that in every other aspect of the world, which is why I never thought it would be something she even thought about because she’s so tough. She’s such a tough b**** and I love it. But it’s something everyone’s gonna go through if you’re on my show.”
