Elle Fanning Wears a Painting on Her Dress at Kering Women In Motion Awards 2019

Elle Fanning dons a strapless gown as she hits the carpet at the 2019 Kering Women in Motion Awards on Sunday (May 19) in Cannes, France.

The 21-year-old actress attended the event as part of the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, where she serves as a jury member.
