Lucy showed off her impressive abs in a midriff-baring white t-shirt, which she paired with dark gray leggings and a red and black flannel shirt.

The Pretty Little Liars alum wore her hair down and carried her phone, keys, and a personalized, monogrammed coffee cup during the post-workout walk.
