Fans Pay Tribute To Christina Grimmie on 3rd Anniversary of Her Death

It’s truly hard to believe that Christina Grimmie has been gone for three years.

The singer was killed by a fan during an Orlando concert in 2016 at the age of 22 and her legacy still lives on through her fans.

Just last week, new music from Christina was released by her family. You can listen to “Hold Your Head Up” on JJJ now!

Fans and friends of Christina are paying tribute to the singer on social media today, which marks the third anniversary of her passing.

Actress and singer Bryana Salaz, who met Christina on The Voice, shared a lovely tribute and a candid pic of her on Instagram.

“here’s the last pic u sent me from one of ur last concerts. found it going through my old phone, i thought i’d lost everything. but this one remained, God was lookin out i guess,” Bryana writes in the caption. “three years later & this is no easier to write. some days it feels like it’s been a whole lifetime since i’ve seen you, other days it feels like just yesterday when we met & u judged me for yoshi being my favorite mario character.”

She added, “…you were a one of a kind friend, i wish i could’ve known u my whole life. i wish we could’ve had a reunion in 5 years on a sold out stage bc we were both so busy living our dreams together. you were, and still somehow continue to be a light in my life. i think about u everyday grimz. i miss u w all of my heart. i love u always.”
