Kendall Jenner Promotes Acne Positivity At Paint Positivity Event With Proactiv
Kendall Jenner is the latest celeb to wear neon green for the Paint Positivity: Because Words Matter event held at Wythe Hotel on Thursday afternoon (June 20) in Brooklyn, New York.
The 23-year-old model joined Proactiv and Teen Vogue at the event, which draws attention to the negative effects words can have on self-esteem of acne sufferers.
“Acne isn’t just about what happens on the surface of your face. During #AcneAwarenessMonth, @Proactiv is working to bring awareness to the emotional impact that acne can have of teens and young adults. #proactiv_ambassador,” Kendall shared on her Twitter.
Kendall became a Proactiv ambassador earlier this year.
A mural painting by local artist Alice Mizrachi was revealed and promotes acne positivity for Acne Awareness Month. Guests at the event took part in a pledge booth, take home branded t-shirts, fun Instagrammable moments, and enjoyed Van Leeuwen ice cream.
FYI: Kendall wore a Maisie Wilen skirt.
