Lucy Hale Takes a Hard Fall During an Extreme Hike

Lucy Hale is pushing her workouts to the extreme – literally!

The 30-year-old actress took to her Instagram Story on Sunday (June 30) to share some updates about her latest adventure in extreme hiking.

Lucy shared footage of her hike, including moments when she came across a snake and a lizard.

The most shocking moment in the hike, however, came when Lucy took a hard fall down a hill on the hike.

“I just ate sh*t, down that whole thing,” Lucy said in a she made video after her fall. “I swear I like hiking. This is really nice, but I just fell really hard.”

Lucy was visibly shaken by the tumble and took a deep breath before getting up, explaining to her fans that she needed to keep moving for fear that there might be snakes in the area where she was resting.

On Monday (July 1), Lucy kept things more low-key, stepping out for coffee in Studio City, California.
