Shahadi Wright Joseph Has Never Talked to 'Lion King' Co-Star Beyonce!

Shahadi Wright Joseph shows off her smile while making an appearance on Daily Pop on Tuesday (July 9) in Los Angeles.

The 14-year-old actress promoted her new movie The Lion King, and dished on how she’s never met or even talked to Beyonce.

Shahadi of course voices young Nala in the film, while Bey voices the adult Nala.

“No, nothing,” she said in response to if she has ever talked to Beyonce. “Even if I did DM her, Beyoncé follows nobody so she wouldn’t even see it.”

Shahadi also dished that she would love to sit near Beyonce at the premiere.

“I’m gonna try. I really am gonna try, yeah,” she said.
