The 23-year-old Descendants actress just shared the sad news that her grandma recently passed away.

Sarah took to her Instagram to share the news along with a throwback photo from when she was a little girl.

“my nana… I miss you already. thank you for being my biggest advocate, for being a constant for me in this crazy life. rest peacefully, I know you’re somewhere with auntie M and papa, looking after us… and that is both comforting and heart breaking. I love you forever,” Sarah wrote.
