Gavin MacIntosh, who you may recognize most as Jude’s love interest Connor on the hit Freeform show, is showing off all of his hard work in a new photo.

“Been hitting the gym every day.. feeling great 👊🏼,” the 20-year-old actor captioned the pic on Instagram.

While on The Fosters, which ended in 2018, Gavin and co-star Hayden Byerly made history as being the youngest LGBTQ+ kiss in U.S. television history. That same story line was also the one from the whole series that received the most backlash.
