Luke Hemmings leads the way while leaving Poppy nightclub on Monday night (August 26) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 5 Seconds of Summer guitarist held hands with girlfriend Sierra Deaton, who tried to shield herself from the paparazzi flashes.

Earlier that weekend, Luke was seen out at the Rolling Stones concert with his band mate Ashton Irwin.

Over the summer, Sierra gushed about Luke in a post on Instagram for his birthday. In the post, she called the musician her soul mate and her rock.
