Forever In Your Mind's Ricky Garcia Opens Up About Sexual Assault, Files Lawsuit Against Former Manager

Ricky Garcia has come forward about being sexually assaulted by a former manager when he was a teenager.

The 20-year-old Forever In Your Mind member and Best Friends Whenever actor has filed a lawsuit against the manager and is opening up about his experience.

“Today was one of the most difficult days of my life. It was through the support of my family, friends, all my supporters, and most of all God that I summoned the courage to speak out against the executives who sexually abused me as a child,” Ricky wrote on Instagram. “Sadly, I know my experience is just one of many and I hope my actions today will help others who experienced abuse to know that they are not alone and there are people in this world fighting for them. With all the love in the world, Ricky.”

TMZ reports that Ricky is suing his former manager Joby Harte and his company, Hot Rock Media, citing rape and sexual assault, happening dozens of times starting when he was just 12 years old.
