Arica Himmel Explains How She Wants 'Mixed-ish' to Help People

Arica Himmel is opening up about the message she wants viewers to take away from her new show mixed-ish.

The actress stepped out for the show’s PaleyFest Fall TV Previews event on Saturday (September 14) at The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, Calif.

She was also joined by her co-star Mykal-Michelle Harris and Ethan William Childress

During the event, Arica explained how she wants to help people with the show.

“I want people to feel like they’ve been helped one by one by the show. I want people to think wow…watching the show has steered me in the right direction, its made me feel like I’m not alone. I’m unique. I’m special,” Arica said while speaking on the panel.

mixed-ish premieres on September 24th on ABC.
