Sofia Wylie Takes Us Behind The Scenes of 'Shook' Dances

Sofia Wylie is giving us a glimpse at what it was like to work on all the dances for her short series Shook!

In a new video, the 15-year-old High School Musical: The Musical: The Series actress shared what it was like getting back into the groove of being a dancer, and what it was like working with choreographer Alexis Beauregard.

“She is so good!” Sofia gushed. “Working with her as been even better than I could have imagined, because she is so versatile but so kind as a person. She is just very patient with all of us.”

They’re amazing, they’re a life of their own. Just the chemistry, and the vibes from the beginning of rehearsal, it was just out of this world,” Alexis dished about the dancers. “They’re so talented. The dance crew is just amazing.”

Getting back into dance after not dancing for awhile, there’s some stamina lacking, so it’s really nice getting back into it,” Sofia added about starting to dance a lot again. “I can already feel my body adjusting… It’s usually pretty long and pretty hard, but it’s so much fun with all of those people.
