The 17-year-old actress was accompanied by her new boyfriend, Eddie Benjamin, for the trip back to Los Angeles in time for the holiday season.

In a recent interview, Maddie opened up about why she’s not posting about her and Eddie‘s relationship on social media.

“I had a public relationship for two years, and I am never, ever going to make any relationship public as much as I did,” she shared with Marie Claire magazine.

Maddie adds, “I learned my lesson. On Instagram, people have assumed certain people that I am dating, but I’m just like, give it a rest.”

Eddie and Maddie were first pictured together earlier this month.
