OlderBillie Eilish Gets Candid About Fans Invading Her Privacy: 'There's A Line They Don't See'
Billie Eilish is opening up about life in the public eye.
The 18-year-old singer explained how it’s been difficult constantly being watched by paparazzi and being sent gifts from fans to her family’s home.
“They’re being nice, but there’s a line they just don’t see. Sometimes they’re like, ‘I know this is wrong, but I just wanted to leave this letter.’ And I’m like, If you know it’s wrong, then why do it?” Billie told Vogue.
She also cited a recent outing where the paparazzi followed her to a remote location in the woods where she was taking a walk in the snow with her dad.
“Luckily I dress fly all the time, so it’s not like they’re getting a picture of me where I look fucking crazy. But literally? If feels like if you were to walk into an empty room, and then you looked at your phone and you got a text of a picture of you in that empty room from inside the room,” Billie concluded.
