Taylor Swift Makes a Donation of $1 Million to Aid Tennessee Tornado Relief Fund

Taylor Swift is helping out after the damage dealt by the tornadoes in Tennessee earlier in the week.

The 30-year-old “Me!” star gave $1 million to the Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund, her spokesperson Tree Paine said on Thursday (March 5).

“Nashville is my home. And the fact that so many people have lost their homes and so much more in Middle Tennessee is devastating to me,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Thursday (March 5).

The two tornadoes that moved through Middle Tennessee on Tuesday (March 3) killed more than two dozen people, and sent at least 150 to the hospital.
