Joey King Rings in One-Year Anniversary of 'The Act' to Share 'A Little Bit of Joy' With Fans

Joey King is celebrating the one-year anniversary of the premiere of her hit show The Act.

The actress took to Instagram on Friday (March 20) to share her thoughts in an inspiring message to fans.

“A year ago today The Act premiered its first 2 episodes on Hulu,” she wrote. “I told myself not to post this for fear of seeming insensitive or tone deaf. Then I thought about how much joy filming this show brought me, how much I miss going in to work everyday on this project and how much it changed my life, and then I was like GIRL POST IT!!!!”

“A little bit of joy and entertainment is something that we could all use right now, and the adventure of being on The Act brought me SO much of that,” she continued. “I feel grateful to be able to share some of that with you and to have that in my heart.”

She added, “Be kind to strangers, be kind to your family (I know quarantining can be hard and people might get on your nerves 😂) and be kind to yourself.”
