'The Flash's Young Barry Allen Actor Logan Williams Passes Away at 16

Logan Williams has sadly passed away.

The 16-year-old The Flash actor, who portrayed a young Barry Allen, suddenly died on Thursday (April 2), according to his family.

His mother Marlyse Williams confirmed his passing to The Tri-City News, saying the family is “absolutely devastated.”

Logan was also remembered by his co-star Grant Gustin, who paid tribute to him in a touching Instagram post.

“This picture was early in the filming of The Flash pilot episode back in 2014. I was so impressed by not only Logan’s talent but his professionalism on set. My thoughts and prayers will be with him and his family during what is I’m sure an unimaginably difficult time for them. Please keep Logan and his family in your thoughts and prayers during what has been a strange and trying time for us all. Sending love to everyone. ❤️,” Grant wrote.

In addition to The Flash, Logan also appeared in the Hallmark series When Calls the Heart, as well as guest spots on The Whispers and Supernatural.

Our thoughts are with Logan‘s family during this difficult time.
