David Archuleta looked up to Jesse McCartney when he was younger!
The 29-year-old singer shared on Instagram that he would watch the 33-year-old entertainer since he was in the boy band Dream Street.
“@JesseMcCartney paved the way for me as a young male vocalist who liked to add a little soul to his pop music,” David wrote. “I grew up around Jesse McCartney’s music when he was in the group Dream Street because my older sister was a HUGE fan of them. Along with the sweet words, David covered Jesse‘s hit song “Beautiful Soul”. He also recently released a new song and music video – “OK, All Right”.
