Cameron Dallas enjoyed a quick out with someone very special – his grandma!

The 25-year-old model and social media star stopped by Urth Cafe to pick up some iced drinks on Tuesday afternoon (May 19) in West Hollywood, Calif.

After getting his drinks, Cameron was seen sweetly helping his grandma back into the car before heading home.

Later that day, Cameron took to Instagram to share a glimpse of him shirtless while enjoying the sunny weather.
