Spencer Sutherland Dishes On His New Quarantine Filmed 'Help' Music Video

Spencer Sutherland released his new music video for his song “Help“!

The 27-year-old singer opened up about the importance of the track, which is about him reaching out about his anxiety.

“[Writing this song was] very important and very therapeutic! I think It’s very important for artists to be honest and get out their feelings truthfully,” Spencer told JJJ.

He also dished on how he and his videographer came up with the concept for the music video.

“Well, because of the obvious pandemic, we didn’t have much to work with,” Spencer told us. “I looked around my house at what could speak to the video, because that’s all I had. An empty white room acted as my mind, and being stuck inside. The bath, fully clothed acted as way to show my anxiety and how it feels.”
