Will Ferrell Says He Was Honored When Demi Lovato Told Him This on 'Eurovision' Set

Demi Lovato‘s new movie Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga is out on Netflix now!

The 27-year-old plays Icelandic singer Katiana in the film, which stars Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams.

Will recently opened up about a touching moment he shared with Demi on set.

“She had just come out of her last rehab stint,” he said on the Las Culturistas podcast. “’I really wanted to work on this because I’m a fan.’ … And she said, ‘I have to tell you, watching your movies really kind of helped me kind of go through what I had to go through.’”

“It’s weird when you get hit in the chest with something like that, and it’s so personal to her,” Will added. “It was one of the sweetest things ever.”

He also said the Demi was “an absolute pro” during filming.
